Subcontractors may be requested to provide payment and performance bonds for the subcontracted amount. JFC & Son will pay the bond premium up to 1 percent of the subcontract amount. This requirement may be waived if other financial assurances are provided by the subcontractor. JFC & Son upon request will assist interested subcontractors obtain bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, and materials required for this project. JFC & Son will establish delivery schedules that will enable qualified DBE subcontractors to bid this project.
