Scope of Work:  The project is Non-Prevailing Wage for the City of San Diego.  It includes trenching, conduit, structures, pads for SDG&E & Cox Communication, also, in kind landscape and hardscape replacement.

Work to be subcontracted:  Including (but not limited to):  Asphalt Paving, PVC Pipe, Precast Concrete Structures, Concrete Materials, Traffic Loops, Sand and Gravel, and Trucking

Subcontractors may be requested to provide payment and performance bonds for the subcontracted amount. JFC & Son will pay the bond premium up to 1 percent of the subcontract amount. This requirement may be waived if other financial assurances are provided by the subcontractor.  JFC & Son, upon request, will assist interested subcontractors obtain bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, and materials required for this project.  JFC & Son will establish delivery schedules that will enable qualified DBE/DVBE/MBE/WBE/OBE subcontractors to bid this project.
