We are looking for firm(s) selected to work as a sub-consultant and would work with PFM on one or more the
following specific tasks:
• Assistance with credit strategy and ratings
• Assistance in securing Letters of Credit, Lines of Credit, and other types of liquidity and credit enhancement
• Assistance with investment and portfolio management
• Management of a commercial paper program
• Coordination of service providers on a bond transaction
• Market related outlook and research
• Policies and procedures
PFM will advise and assist the selected firm acting as sub-consultant in obtaining any necessary bonds, lines of credit, or insurance that is required by the Department as stated in the RFP. Firms that are interested in this engagement should contact Brian Gallucci for more details.
