RE:     Request for Sub Bids
            Project : Street Lighting Pole Painting Project FY0809
            for City of Los Angeles

Color New Co is interested in receiving sub-bids for the above project from
qualified MBEs, WBEs, and OBEs. The anticipated level of MBEs, WBEs, and
OBEs participation is 2%. Sub bids from MBEs, WBEs, and OBEs for the
following type of work - painting street light poles.

Drawings and specifications for this project may be viewed in our office or
may be obtained in person from the Bureau of Street Lighting public counter
at 1149 S. Broadway, Suite 200 , Los Angeles , CA 90015 .

All bids must be in accordance with plans and specifications.
Pleas, be advised that Color New Co. can assist all interested potential sub
contractors in obtaining bonds, lines of credit and insurances required for
this project.

The project due date is March 18, 2009 by 10 AM.
