The Richardson Group (an Equal Opportunity Employer) is seeking sub-trade bids from all Certified Subcontractors and Suppliers of the following business enterprises: MBE/WBE/OBE.
The Richardson Group intends to seriously negotiate with Certified MBE/WBE/OBE firms for project participation. Clearly state which Work Order (W.O.)(s), you are responding to. The projects consist of constructing new CNG Fueling Station for slow-fill and fast-fill fueling stations.
All subcontractors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish 100% subcontract faithful performance and payment bonds issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to The Richardson Group, in the full amount of their subcontract bids.
The Richardson Group, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to waive the requirement of such bonds, to permit substitute security or to accept alternate guarantees in lieu of such bonds.
Each selected subcontractor must execute The Richardson Group’s subcontract form, available for review at the Orange, CA office.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in subcontractor’s bid proposal, subcontractor bids must remain valid for a period of thirty days beyond the date that the prime contract bids must remain valid.
