Due 11/13/2023 - Curtom-Dunsmuir - Current Sub-Contractor Bid Opportunity

Urban Design Center is excited to share that two of our projects have subcontractor bid opportunities available: The Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles New Construction East LA Office Building and The Letty, a 40-unit mixed-income mixed-use housing development.

Curtom Dunsmuir is the general contractor for these projects and will implement the project goals to obtain sub-contractor bids from small, local and disadvantaged enterprises for at least 75% of each project's scope of work!

Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles East Building


Curtom-Dunsmuir is bidding the new construction of the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (LAFLA) – East Office project. This is a 3-story office building project that is scheduled to mobilize early first quarter of 2024.  

This is NOT a Davis-Bacon or prevailing wage project. Please be advised that we are accepting bids from all contractors, UNION included. Inclusion of diverse and local subcontractors, vendors, and workforce is a priority.

Letty: A Mixed-Income Mixed-Use Housing Development

This 4920 Pico Boulevard development is a 58,000 SF mixed-income mixed-use development planned for the corner of Pico Boulevard and Highland Avenue. The project will consist of 6-stories with 40 residential units, 2 commercial spaces and two levels of on-grade parking. It will house a unit mix consisting of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units and will feature a large lobby/common area, fitness room and rooftop meeting space.
