Scope Summary:

This contractor will provide broad business continuity program support to Southern California Edison (SCE). The contractor will continue to provide a consistent level of support to assist the organization, drive resiliency and support the internal Business Continuity Team. In addition, the contractor will provide support to enhance the custom training program for SCE’s Business Continuity Planners to better prepare them for their Business Continuity role.

  • Supporting the Annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) including BIA reviews and analysis 
  • Supporting the BIA and Business Continuity (BC) Gap Analysis and Mitigation Action maturation
  • Support the Annual Business Continuity Plan (BCP) development and review.
  • Change integration and issue tracking for Business Resiliency Information Management System (BRIMS) development
  • Continuing development of program documentation, including governance, processes, and procedures

SCE anticipates between 40-50 hours of support monthly for a total annual number of hours not to exceed 600 annually.

Due 7/7/2023 - Southern California Edison - RFP Opportunities for Right of Way Appraisal and Title & Escrow Services

Scope Summary RFP 1: 

Title and Escrow Services: Contractor shall provide all materials, professional services, and project management required to deliver title and escrow services, including technical advice and assistance (the "Services"), as requested by Land & Forest Management, Title & Valuation

Contractor shall perform Title and/or Escrow services, including technical advice, for various properties throughout the following California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Kern, Tulare, Fresno, Inyo, Kings, Madera, Mono, Santa Barbara and Ventura.

Scope Summary RFP 2: 

Right of Way (ROW) Appraisal Services: Contractor shall provide continued Right of Way Appraisal Services to support typical Right of Way Acquisition work, as well as possible Transmission or other Licensed Projects, as requested by the Land & Forest Management, Title & Valuation Group.

  • Consultant shall provide real estate appraisals of private and/or public ownerships to determine just compensation for the acquisition of easement or fee interests for new high voltage electric transmission lines, substations, distribution infrastructure, and other projects as needed, that will need to be constructed over the next several years to meet system upgrade or legislative requirements. This SOW will be for all areas within the SCE service territory which includes the following CA Counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, Fresno, Kern, Madera, Tuolumne, Imperial, Kings, Mono, Inyo, Ventura, and Tulare. Special projects in other counties may also be considered, such as San Diego, and Clark Co., NV. Contractor must indicate which counties they are willing to work in.

This one-time requirement will ensure we have complete information on suppliers' capabilities and access to required documents.  SCE will use this information in many areas of doing business with your company and may request for you to update your information periodically. 

Note: If you are not the authorized company representative responsible for ensuring your company's information is complete and accurate, please have that person complete the registration and information request. The individual that creates the Ariba Commerce Cloud Account becomes your company's Ariba Account Administrator (by default).   Once registered on Ariba, your Account Administrator can add you and others within your company as users to your organization.

Due 7/10/2023 - Southern California Edison - Manage Service Provider

SCOPE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Manage Service Provider:  Manage Service Provider will be responsible for supervising the delivery of the SCE supply chain Corporate Real Estate Services at defined levels of performance and for complying with all requirements defined in Schedule.  Supervising maintenance facilities and construction projects at all SCE facilities within SCE’s territory. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
